09:20 AM | Visit a room showcasing old agricultural tools to learn about local traditions and try making rice flour and rice paper. |
09:35 AM | Visit a local communal house with its banyan tree and well, key symbols of rural spiritual life used for rituals and festivals |
09:50 AM | Get acquainted with buffaloes, take photos, and ride them with a local farmer. Participate in rice-growing activities like plowing, harrowing, transplanting rice, and scooping water. |
10:50 AM | Relax with herbal tea and a foot soak in herbal water. |
11:20 PM | Enjoy a rustic meal “Cơm Gia Đình” at Bếp Quê (Traditional Kitchen). Observe local women cooking and learn about the roles of men and women in a Vietnamese family. Try making the “Tam Huu” dish. |
